About Me

I am Margarita Name Cardozo , born in Barranquilla, Colombia, and now living in Spain. I carry with me the living memory of the Caribbean, the strength of the ocean, and a deep love for craftsmanship, which connects me to my homeland and to those who keep its traditions alive.

I firmly believe that each of us is a main actor in caring for our planet 🌎. It is our greatest responsibility and, at the same time, the most precious legacy we can leave to our children and to those who will come after us. For me, sustainability is not just a word: it is a way of living with respect, gratitude, and beauty.

My first entry in this blog was born from that conviction: “Sustainability at Home: Small Gestures, Big Changes.” Because I believe that true transformations begin in the intimate spaces of our lives: at our table, in our kitchen, and in the small choices we make every day. It is there, in the ordinary, where we hold the power to reduce plastics, choose noble materials, and create healthier, more ethical, and harmonious homes.

At Vistto, we design with that same purpose. Each handcrafted piece is a bridge between tradition and the present, an object with soul that honors the earth and dignifies the knowledge of those who create it. These are pieces that turn ordinary spaces into sacred ones, reminding us that living with purpose is, now more than ever, the true meaning of luxury.

This blog is my space to share that path: reflections, simple practices, stories of artisans, and daily gestures that inspire us to live with more awareness. I hope you find here the inspiration to inhabit life with purpose, balance, and love.
